Hello: please pardon the intrusion.

Perhaps  you recall that I got some info on EL1 from you a few years ago while
I was teaching at UCLA.   At any rate, I am interested in obtaining
documentaton on the internal working of EL1.. compiler, user defined modes, etc..
and was hopeful that you could point me in the right direction. 
I have been developing a language somewhere between LISP and EL1  as a
candidate for a clean denotational model, but with an efficient  implementation.
If documents on the innards of EL1 were available I might profit from them.
